    • There should have been a wives debate. Cindy McCain would have gotten stomp and embarrassed by Michele Obama. Has this lady ever even had a job or ever worked at all, or has she just been laying around getting high all of her rich life ?

With all of the money she has, she still chose to still steal her drugs. John McCain still chose her for his wife. How is that for judgement ? She must really be rich for him to have put up with all of her shit.

She would be an embarrassment to the title, "First Lady ".

    • I have no problem with people getting high. But stealing from a charity that's supposed to give them to suffering Africans, that's just low

    • THis is a serious issue. Marijuana and cocaine use is down. Yet prescription pill addiction is at aan all time high. If Cindy MCCain can steal hundreds of pills that were supposed to got to suffering africans, why are people doing years in jail for small amounts of cocaine

    • The article ends by asking: "Is there a double standard for rich pill popping heiresses and regular working class people with drug addictions?" Of course there is. The fact that McCain's wife came through an addiction without incarceration or debilitating health consequences should have an effect on his ideas about treatment. Does he believe that every addict deserves the care that his wife got? I doubt it.

    • This hit the mainstream media like 2 months ago, and had like a CNN special where she gave the sobbing "Its so Hard" speech so it got overlooked.

    • I can understand the need for drugs if one lives with John McCain, however being the wife of a senator comes in handy when otherwise one would be looking at some time int the pokey. How many other desperate addicts would have liked to have had some rehab time instead.
