    • Are you afraid that the world is turning into the McCarthy era again? If edu has been socialized for so long was this before or after the McCarthy era?

    • The McCarthy era demonized the words "communist" and "socialist." However, some services in the United States (fire, police, education) are already socialized today and have been for years. As a result, it would be wise for people to weigh the advantages and disadvantages of these systems instead of buying into primitive demonization.

      Also, it may be preferable for you to at least quote the parts of the article which you think is important. Just saying "read this!" will not attract many readers.
