Apparently presidential candidate, John McCain was involved in a car crash that claim the life of another person back in 1964. The McCain campaign will not confirm or deny these new allegations regarding his concealed Naval hspital records.Sources close to the actual story, claim the John McCain was the driver of one of the cars involved in the accident, but would not comment on whether the person killed was in the McCain car, or the other car. Those sources also claim that the local police as well as Naval investigators did retrieve debris from the site that they felt might have benn incriminating to the then young McCain.

The 3rd Party candidates should have been included from the very beginning. Just one more thing that is wrong with our political system! I'm all for getting rid of the "Party System" all together and voting on the candidate's platform and stance on the issues. I believe the party system is out-dated. Too bad we are all "Little Ants Marching..... Take these chances, Place them in a box until a quieter time." No one will ever make enough noise to make the necessary changes for the betterment of the US people.

    • With less than a week to go before the election, this is VITAL information for the public to know about McCain's past! He has brought Obama's character into question, so now we need to know if this man IS who he says he is! I believe this is the last nail in the coffin of his political career. He should have remembered "You reap what you sow."

    • Were McCains injuries recieved in Vietnam or were they received in the car crash? After consideration It would make him appear more of a "hero" if they were considered to be war wounds. Are his medical records shortly after his release from Vietnam available?

If Two faced Johnnie has nothing to hide let the records be published. We all accept that lying is part of a politicians job but in this instance he should come clean if he has the guts he so often boasts about

I love how well you've educated yourself with the candidate's tax plans. Maybe next time try reading them with a dictionary so you understand what you're reading. Although it doesn't sound like you're high in IQ either, so trying to get you to understand the economics of Obama's plan doesn't sound like it will be a possibility for you to learn it. It's actually very simple, stop giving tax cuts to the rich folk when they can afford to pay the taxes and give some breaks to the people who have fallen on head times.

    • Ok maybe he can't fly a plane, can Obama? Oh, I didn't know you needed to know how to be a pilot to become president?!!!!

    • I know a guy that used to fly with McCain. He says all the other pilots hated McCain because every time he went up they would have to send up three or four extra planes to cover his ass because he was such a garbage pilot.

This McCain dude just isn't worth a shit for anything.

    • Ok maybe that happened a while ago and he won't reveal his records now, but what does that have to do with becoming president of the United States of America? I'll tell you what is worse, is someone who will not show their birth certificate, possibly not a true U.S. citizen, their mother an Atheist, Father a Muslim and, he himself even spoke about his Muslim Faith, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iQqIpdBOg6I when this great country was founded upon the true living God Jehovah. How soon we forget Sept. 11th.

honestly, it's the acme of ignorance to make any connection with "a" muslim to "911", regardless of who it may be. I think maybe you have never ventured out of your demographic, at least the color of the demographic that is reflected back to you in the mirror.

and as for "this great country", your not much on american history, are you...

"Thomas Jefferson wrote: If there be any among us who would wish to dissolve this Union or to change its republican form, let them stand undisturbed as monuments of the safety with which error of opinion may be tolerated where reason is left free to combat it.

While the locus of the Enlightenment thinking is generally considered to have been the salons in Paris and Berlin, the practical application of those ideas was carried out most vividly in the American colonies."

the founding fathers simply accepted the existence of Theology.

stuff like this meant a LOT when it was Edward Moore "Ted" Kennedy running in the '70's.

"the Chappaquiddick incident still dogged Kennedy, and his opponents often invoked the highly recognizable melody of Simon & Garfunkel's 1970 hit song "Bridge Over Troubled Water" to remind voters of the tragedy and scandal.

      just keepin' it real, here.

First, the issue of the birth certificate was dismissed in court. Second, by the First Amendment, there is a separation of church and state. Religion plays no part in government. Your "God Jehovah" has nothing to do with a presidential election! What makes this country great is that it is made up of people from many, many countries who follow many, many faiths, or NONE at all if they choose! Are YOU Native American Indian? And why CAN'T there be a Muslim president some day? It is not the Muslim people that we are fighting, it is the extremists like Al Qaeda, the Taliban and other murderous people much like the Nazi's, KKK and Hezbollah. There are always going to be people who live their lives based on the hate of others who are different them themselves instead of the love of others for our commonalities (are we not all basically the same underneath our skin?) Don't be a professor of hate. We need a president chosen by his ideas and character, not his color and religion.

    • Come on Keithponder. The Huff. If she isn't a limousine liberal then no one is. The whole Navy in 1964 going thru all that trouble to hide an accident b/c it's John McCain. You know how many high ranking Navy types have sons or daughters in the Navy? McCain was one of many. Especially during those times. I think the Navy could have found better use of their time and money. Please all my Democratic friends remember Gore was leading big in the polls also. LOL.

    • I'm shocked this didn't come out before. How did none of the other Republican candidates dig this out? Maybe one of Hilary's campaigners have been sitting on it for the past year. Well, better now than never.

    • AtticusSimonFrench,

His past is based on deceit. When his policies wont work, he will always resort to what is familiar to him.

      Deceit and Lies.

Just like our current Republican president..

If nothing changes, nothing changes !

If it doesnt matter, why are his records sealed ? I will tell you why. It does matter, and his Father knew it. You obviously did not read the article. The U.S. Navy went through great lengths to conceal this accident, as if it never happen. This is a federal crime committed by the Federal government, local police, John McCain and his Father. and you have the nerve to say that, although he is running for the presidency of the United States of America, this story does not matter ?

      You get what you deserve.

    • Hummmm…

Hate to say it but McCain has brought this mass scrutiny on himself. In a quest to rummage through Obama’s closet a few bones fell out of his own.

I wonder if one of his 7 houses is made of glass.

      Either way…

Put the stones down Johnnie boy. Focus on the issues.

      Sleepnomore,

Out of that entire statement this is what you chose to comment on? LOL

Cindy and John have the benefit of marriage, which means they share assets. The homes and cars belong to John just as much as they belong to Cindy.

Lets say I do concede your point that Cindy is the sole owner and purchaser of these elaborate estates and foreign cars…. Cindy is John's wife, meaning she is probably the closet person to McCain and he couldn’t even convince her to purchase cars that would be beneficial to the U.S. economy…

I can see he’s a very pursuasive maverick!

      LOL

    • if Bush's DUI in the 70s along with Laura's crash as a teenager didn't sink him, then this shouldn't have a huge impact on McCain, but you bring up a good point about the sealed records...

    • I have always wondered why his Naval records are concealed. If his a true war hero, it seems to me that his records would show that.

JFK did not conceal his records.
