The 38 year old had enrolled on a group training session for people struggling to find work. The questionnaire was intended to boost the group members' self-esteem.
The organizers defended the question of whether he "found it difficult to perform adequately or without embarrassment when involved in sex" by claiming that an applicant's skills in the bedroom were linked to their abilities in the workplace.

Hey, are they referring to that question, "Sex?" Because I think I've been discriminated against too! And by the way the guy was looking at me, I didn't want to put "M"!
I don't care how much it pays! I won't do that?! Ya know what I'm sayin"?!

I suppose if the hostile environment at that workplace is so bad that every new employee would be sexually harassed, how an applicant handles that question could be relevant to whether they could do the job...
It might be nice if employers showed all their prejudices during job interviews, actually. Then the applicants with any sense (or enough financial security to pass an offer up in hopes of finding something better) would know up front that they don't want to work there. If enough employees quit and no new ones are willing to replace them, the company eventually goes out of business...

hmmm thats interesting. there are sexual harassment laws in place at the joints ive worked at which prevent us from inquiring about such aspects of peoples lives.

Unless you're being interviewed for a porn movie, asking this kind of question is not only grounds for dismissal of the person asking, it's flat out against the law.

How ridiculous, I was once at a group meeting for new staff and we had to explain our 'best sex' because it was an icebreaker...pretty lame excuse...or are we too uptight about it?
Either way, did he get the job?!
