I was thinking about the world's reaction after Obama won and I saw the U.S. reaction.
Australia, Japan and India amaze me.

These pictures (from the Huffington Post) are not enough for me. If you guys could go around the web or upload your own pictures of celebrations (that are like the ones in the post) to the response portion of this post that would be really great.

It seems to me you are describing your own Jesus Christ. Look what Christiandom has wrot. Ask any Evangelical about intolerance, bigotry, anti-semitism, anti - all other religions. ask them about the crusades and the Inquisition, the ethnic cleansing and all othe the other wars that revolved around people who "do not believe as we do." Ask your own dictator, er, preacher why Christians have committed more atrocities than all other religions combined.
Then tell me that the "anti-christ" is coming. I, for one will be the first to welcome that person as a breath of clean, fresh air.

While I can see why you would lump all Christians into that catagory that you do, you are mistaken. Look at who does the bigotry, the anti-semitism, crusades...the catholics. Now, read the Bible and follow what the catholics do. They go against the Word of God at every opportunity. A true believer would never do those attrocities in the name of God. EVER. They are money-hungry, power-hungry people who used the Word of God to do their evil works.

I do not make up my own Jesus. Read the Word of God and you will see the same God that I do. It's all right there. I say nothing that differs from what He has already said. It's just that churches have messed up doctrine so bad that the Jesus most think of doesn't even exist.

I don't have a preacher. We home worship because we found that about 99% of churches today skew true doctrine to fit the political correctness of the times. True doctrine is twisted to fill the pews. There are so many disheartening twists...and people tend to believe whatever the clerics tell them because they are too lazy to do their own study. Just because a man goes to theology school does not mean they understand God's Word. All one needs is to have faith, not a degree, to understand it. Nothing I have said is twisted. I can refute all my thoughts with the words found in the Bible, nothing more, nothing less. It's right there and you can see it for yourself.

Waiting for the man of sin to come is fine if that's what you want to do. Just remember that the Son of God is coming too, and He is going to cut down all those that look forward to the man of sin or reject Christ.

It's hard for a believer to talk to a non-believer, or even a so-called believer who has never once done any true studies of the word because they don't see it. I can tell you things till I am blue in the face, and you wont see it. Just as you wont see the man of sin for what he is.

By the way, if you reject Christ, you are an 'anti-christ'. So anyone can be that. It is the man of sin you want to watch for. Just thought I would help you with that. :-)

    • There are tens of millions who are partying`cos obama has got in.

If ever the world needed a fresh start, this is it.

It makes that icicle faced Russian president look quite rediculous. The economic power that Russia is using over the EEC is feeding his confidence.

    • I don't understand how somebody who can bring so much hope and positivity to the world by just being elected (he hasn't done anything yet and the hard part is yet to come) could have been a bad choice. Obama haters continue to baffle me!

    • Ha, it's hilarious that all the people who didn't support Obama are citing the fictitious idea of his race as a factor. Simply hilarious. So many complain about the myth of the complacency of Black Americans, and then when they do something positive, it's 'oh they just got that because they are Black!' That's the text book definition of hypocrisy. I love how this election revealed the bigots and racists for what they truly are. I'm going to enjoy this.

The terrorists are excited and elated! That's what makes me scared of all this. The terror group Hamas is drafting a letter right now filled with praises and congrats to him now (see wnd dot com). That's scary because they are happy with the country's choice of president because they feel he is on their side. He wont be able to please all of them...and yes, I believe we will need our gas masks. ESPECIALLY in light of what Biden and Powel said about him becoming president. Biden said there will be a 'generated crisis' (generated! THAT'S scary!) within 6 months of him being in office, and then Powel said it would happen on Jan 21-22, just one day after inaguration. Someone knows something we don't...and that isn't good.

I just hope it's a bunch of nonsense, but I have seen too many...way too many, things pointing to something disasterous. Detention camps, build-up of biohazard coffins outside of many cities, food stock-piling (by the govt no less), martial law practices of our own armed forces, etc....it doesn't bode well, and I just hope that Obama will stand up against all of it and protect the citizens who voted him in.

    • Yes, please upload your own photos from around the world. I think when there are so many people from around the globe that see the truth in Obama, then those in the U.S. that are stuck in your old way of thinking should at least consider that the millions know something worthy of looking at.

Please tell us you are not referring to Obama as the "anti-Christ" of the Bible. That is what it sounds like. If so, you are sooo wrong. If not, my apologies but that is the way my grandmother told me about the "antiChrist".
Very sick indeed. This is a good man, loves his family and wants to make the world a better place. Will he be perfect? no. Nor could anyone be. We live in a dangerous world. That has not changed today.

Yes, barbara3d. I am. I don't think or know if Obama is that particular person mentioned in the bible, but he fits the actions perfectly of him. It's all right there in the Bible, and he fits the character. Charm, charisma, pleasant words, a need for 'change', plans for peace world-wide, etc. The man will be seen as someone with great hope, great power, and great love for the world. What is sad is that so many will fall for that believing him to be sent from above and able to make the changes the world needs, and then in an instant, he is to shatter all that hope and love.

I admit, I am all for peace and change in the world. But that is not going to happen until Christ returns. Until then, we will be misled. And even the elect (believers) will be so astonished by this person that they might be fooled, if they didn't know the truth. I admit, there have been times when my hubby and I have listened to Obama, and felt he as if he was speaking directly to us and no one else. Other believer friends also. But what keeps us wary is the Bible and how everything is falling directly into place just as it prophecied. Maybe we are wrong to think he is going to lead us to the end, but what if we aren't? We still pray for him, still hope that the dreams he has for the world WILL make a permenant difference, and that maybe he is the glimmer we need. But when you read the Bible and then watch the news play out it's pages, it makes you stop and think before you let your heart win you over.

I truly pray for him. I truly pray that he makes the difference that this country is in dire need to make. I am truly proud to see that our country has overcome color differences, and that we can make a difference. But I am also wary, skeptical, and leary.

    • While I am excited that a black man has risen to power like this in a country strife with racial tensions...I find his coming to power more than what appears. I am a bible-believing Christian, and I don't see people as color or race...I see people as people. So it isn't that Obama is black that I have a problem with, it is his ideals. And if he was white, I would still have a problem with that. The mere fact that he seeks to change not just America, he wants to change the world is downright scary. And while this sounds like a good thing, it is not truly a good thing.

The bible speaks of someone coming to power...with the ability to make peace world-wide, with radical changes and sweet words. He is able to persuade everyone (everyone except the 'elect' [believers]) with perfect speech and the right combination of charisma and love and passion for the world. The world will fall for this man hook, line and sinker. They will be blinded by the lies because he will look like he was sent by God Himself...he is in power because he wants to create the New World Order, not for humanity, but for against humanity. He will attack the faithful, and eventually, peace will be destroyed. While I don't believe Obama is this person, he exlemplifies that which could characteristically be this person spoken of in the Bible and could be leading the way for this person of the Bible. Or, there is that nagging little feeling that maybe, just maybe, this is the man the Bible has been talking about all along. Time will tell, and I hope I am wrong.

If he is, or is at least leading us in the direction for the actual ruler... America is doomed. I sincerely hope all the rumors about his not being a US citizen, or his ties to PLO members and terrorists are untrue. I don't trust his politics, and truly believe he is going to change more than we (in general) voted for.

That being said, I am glad to see America has at least partially gotten over her bad attitudes towards people of color. It is awesome that a black man has made it to the top seat of the world. Now hopefully those that blame the system for their not being able to achieve can be clammed shut, for this black man certainly bypassed the system that 'kept the black man down' and reached the top, proving that you can do it if you work hard enough. My prayers will be towards him and his family, and may God bless his leadership with prosperity and peace.

      1) Obama was born in Hawaii.
      2) That makes him a U.S. citizen by birth.
      3) Non-citizens, naturalized citizens, and people under the age of 35 are forbidden by the U.S. Constitution from holding the office of President.
      4) Any rumor that Obama is non-Christian (including that he was sworn in using a Koran) has been proven false. Check snopes.com .

While I can understand why think I am a religious bigot, I can assure you I am not. I am faithful in my relationship with God, therefore I have no religion. And I am far from being a bigot. I don't see color as so many people do, but what I see is someone with little experience. What I do see is someone who does have friendships with terrorists, and who has plans to change America in a different way than our forefathers imagined.

I said I pray he will change for the better. I said I do think this is awesome that a black man won the vote. But I am also leary. If that makes me a bigotted religious troll, so be it. The way I see it, it makes me knowledgable and on guard. This nation is not safe, nor will it be.

And as for timsabin...you are wrong. What Obama's certificate stated is a hoax...it was his sisters certificate that was used, for one, and the other is that is a live birth certificate. This does not state that he was born in Hawaii, it just means he was registered there. And, Obama is NOT a Christian! He feels there are many paths to God (WRONG) and that it is completely ok to allow a child born of a botched abortion to die all alone without medical intervention. Abortion is killing and against God, and the only path to God is through the belief in Jesus Christ. Therefore, the man is not a true Christian, but one that is what Christ refers to as 'luke-warm' and the very ones He will spew out of His mouth because of it.

"What I do see is someone who does have friendships with terrorists"

lolwut? Have you been asleep for the last six plus months? Wake up, this is the worst lie of them all, completely false.

"Obama's certificate stated is a hoax"

Citation please. Prove this or drop it, its ridiculous.

      "Obama is NOT a Christian!"
So incredibly wrong that it isn't even funny. I'm not a Christian, and I know this! He is a Christian, quit spreading this muckraking crap to an audience that is more educated than you realize.

"He feels there are many paths to God (WRONG)"

Once again - Catholicism is a path to God, as is Protestantism. Islam and Judaism are also great paths to the same exact God as the Christian one. Honest, I wouldn't lie to you - they all use the same book, the Old Testament, as their base, and y'all are praying to the same old white guy with a beard in the same exact heaven you wanna get into. Promise. That you haven't even realized this goes to show how little you know about your own religion, much less any other "path to God".

"Therefore, the man is not a true Christian, but one that is what Christ refers to as 'luke-warm' and the very ones He will spew out of His mouth because of it."

How did we ever get this notion of such a two-faced Jesus Christ I will never know. Either we ought to love our enemy as our brother and turn the other cheek, or we need to spurn the infidels, stone the adulterous harpies, burn the gays and mock those who aren't in our exclusive club. Could you help me out with a citation on this one? What Bible passage says Jesus will spew the lukewarm Christians out of his mouth? Biblegateway.com gave me a goose egg on the whole "spew" search...
Overall, thanks for showing your true colors here, its good to know the mindset of the people we're dealing with when it comes to The Church and all that madcap kraziness... ^_^
      Cheers!

    • happymammaof2:

      To alicynx...

First off, the truth of what we as Christians are to do is love thy enemy. And it is with love that we show thier sins to them and point them in the direction of Christ. Otherwise we are faulted because we did not try to show them the love of eternal life. Secondly, there is only one way to God and Heaven, and the Bible is explicitly clear on that...belief in Jesus Christ. If those other faiths profess belief in Christ as Savior, then yes, they will get to Heaven. Even the Jews will NOT get to Heaven should they not accept Christ as their Savior. Anyway, the truth about Christ is that He will kill, painfully kill to boot, His enemies. He has done so in the past, and will again when He returns. His enemies? They are those that reject Him as who He is. He hates just as easily as anyone else (Psalm 5:5 says He actually HATES the WORKERS of iniquity (the sinner!). He is the one responsible for blowing up Sodom and Gomorrah, He is the one responsible for the deaths in the OT. (for proof, He Himself said no man has ever seen the Father except HIM therefore anyone 'seeing God' in the OT is seeing Jesus). It is a sad shame because so many untrue doctrine has been passed off as truth, because NO ONE studies the Word anymore, they just assume the man in the robe knows it all.

And I also believe we are still called to live by the OT laws...including the killing of the sinner. But, instead of having the church do the duties, man has made man do the duties via the courts. We are also commanded to bring the sinner to light, pointing out their sins. We are called to REBUKE and REPROVE their sins too. Look those words up in the original language (blueletterbible.org). In most cases it means to chastise sternly. For instance, in 1 Timothy 5:20, we are told the following: "Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear." The word rebuke in this case means (emphasis mine):

      1) to convict, refute, confute

      a) generally with a """suggestion of shame"""" of the person convicted

      b) by conviction to bring to the light, to expose

      2) to find fault with, correct

      a) by word

      1) to ""reprehend severely, chide, admonish, reprove""

      2) """"to call to account, show one his fault, demand an explanation"""

      b) by deed

      1) to chasten, to punish

Now you can see what I mean....we are to love our enemies, but when one sins, we must follow that which we are told to do.

And for your information about the luke-warm passage..... Revelation 3:16 says:

"So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth"

He is talking about the current church age....the church of Laodicea.

You can plainly see, Christ wants true followers, that follow HIS WORD, and that are not wishy washy (luke-warm) in their faith.

Everything I just said to you was taken directly from the Word of God.

      Peace be with you.

Should anyone wish to discuss this further, please message me instead of wasting time here. thanks!!!

This post is by far the most diuretic vomitted bullshit I have ever heard come out of any human's mouth. You, unfortunately, have a right to say it but I also have the right to call it as I see it.

One thing you do NOT have a right to do is to inject it into the policies of the government of the United States. You wonder why the world hate us? It's because of you and your pencil-necked, narrow-minded, over zealeous christian (Notice: I refuse to capitalize it) hate and bigotry. Take it somewhere that people will listen to you: Then have a cup of Kool-Aid!
