LAFF Director, Richard Raddon resigns post over "Yes on 8" contribution

In the wake of harsh industry criticism over his $1,500 donation in support of Proposition 8, the California initiative that banned same-sex marriage, Richard Raddon has resigned as director of the Los Angeles Film Festival. He had held the post at the fest, run by Film Independent, since 2000.
