Traffic Cameras recently put into action by the Chicago suburb Lake in the Hills proves to be a success in making it safer, but a failure in producing revenue. The village is not pleased because the revenue has not been produced as expected. I thought it was about making it safer in the community?

You want in addition to catch the violators. However when they find that out, they usually move else where or use different routes. That is why I am advocating for an addition of things that I cannot mention it here.
