Gaza faces 'alarming' humanitarian situation (Ya think?)

This is getting ridiculous. Many of you sound like children playing the blame game. "IT'S THE HAMAS' FAULT!" "IT'S THE ISRAELIS' FAULT!"

How about this? BOTH, and I mean BOTH, are responsible (notice how I didn't say fault?) Many of you are starting to sound alike whether you're arguing with one side or the other. Here's a solution! Instead of playing the stupid blame game and who is the victim, let's discuss a fucken solution!

Everyone's constant bickering is leading no where. It makes me question whether ANY of you want peace because it sounds like you all want to fucken further the war.

The cowardly Israeli military could have gone in and arrested the terrorist they had targeted. Apparently, human life has no meaning for Israeli terrorism against the innocent Palestinians.

Cut off medical supplies
cut off water
cut off electricity
cut off food
put a wall around them
not allow them to come in or leave

ALL before the bombing, all DURING the cease fire.

and since the bombing, Israel continues to block aid for the most part. the small amount they have let in is only a ruse intended to make it look like they are helping.

These people were starving because of what Israel did before the blood shed...they were dying from not having medications and proper medical supplies before the bombing.

(Israels telephone calls warning of imminent strikes are bogus and many Palestinians have come to ignore them becuase most of the time there are no strikes where Israels says it will strike. Those calls in itself are terrifying, which imo is terrorism.)

The only way I can see an end to the violence it to get rid of both, Hamas and the Zionist ruling Israel

Israel wants peace. It is the Arab fanatics that will not be satisfied until there are no Jews left in Israel.
I cant believe how everyone treats palestine as a victim. Israel gave them gaza for hopes at peace. Israel was trying to compromise but ever since its establishment it has been under constant assault from terrorist factions that have embedded themselves into the arab population.
No one said anything about the hundreds of terrorist attacks that take place in israel over the years but now that Israel has given up on talking and has resorted to violence OUT OF PROTECTION everyone points a finger at israel and says "how could you be so horrible"

Anyone who is knowledgeable about the situation would be aware of the fact that Israel is doing this as a last resort and has tried on multiple occasions to relieve stress between the two parties.

did anyone catch livni's interview on abc last night? she stated that the israeli government did not agree to the ceasefire because the humanitarian situation in gaza was GOOD and it was not necessary to let in more supplies.

i don't know whether to laugh or cry.

Without USA policy change regarding the entire region, without USA and taxpayers pressure on Israel to act human-like, only thing Israel will settle for would be to have entire region [cleansed] from Arabs and Muslim, or even perhaps Christians as well, or enslave the entire race, and countries. Muslims and Arabs are paying for what Germans did to Jews, and for that fact entire world.

Hamas did not exist prior to Zionist Imperialism and prior to Israeli LUST for land ad blood. Neither did the so called [Muslim- terrorist]. Hamas did not exist prior to Ariel Sharon's brutal and genocidal crimes of leveling 16,000 homes and killing 1000's in Gaza just to open up a wider roads for his TANKS, in order to invade Lebanon.

In this situation nobody is right and everybody is wrong. The problem is tragic and intractable. It is a grim and depressing reality that should haunt everyone, for it speaks to the dark and destructive forces of human nature. If we as a species are unable to master such dark passions they will destroy us all.

Israel's violence and inhumanity cannot go on for another year! Israelis really need to stop and ask themselves what have Gazans (who are technically jailed animals deprived of every human right under the sun from the right to movement, to livelihood, to education, to food, and even aid) really done to them!

Israel has been blockading Gaza in one way or the other for years and I don't blame Hamas for wanting thier God given right to be free. Americans and all other people would do the same. The only hope is to drive the opressors out at any cost and Hamas is doing it, can't blame them for wanting to live like human beings. America needs to quit backing this murder of innocent people seeking to live like human beings with pride and dignity instead of constant harassment by Israel. Not all Jews are responsible, needs to be remembered, there are some very decent Jewish people in the world it is just to bad none of them have power in Israel to stop this killing.

Blame it on Hamas only till you are blue in face, but lets not forget that Israel has been blockading Gaza for past 6 months. They cut off water, electricity, and allowed just enough food for gradual starvation of 1.5 million. What hamas do in return??? rocket the Israeli civilians.

Israel has turned Gaza to a concentration camp. argue with it as much as you want, it will not change the fact. It will be almost as denying the holocaust. Wake up folks, Israel is no angel.

Clear example of becoming the beast you fight...that is now the Israeli govt as it was this govt in Iraq. This is appalling. It's fair to say that I would support nearly anyone who is against them. That is crazy I know, but I am that disgusted by them.
