The restaurant is at the Conrad Maldives Rangali resort in Maldives.
It cost $5 million to build restaurant 5 meters (16.5′) below the waves of the Indian Ocean.

They had something like this on a movie... but I think it was in an aquarium, not the ocean.
Pretty cool, I'd love to sit there and watch the sealife. Hopefully it's one-way glass so the fish don't get scared...
