    • 4000 dead Americans in Iraq for nothing. Katrina was a disaster and don't forget Georgia being invaded by Russia as Bush hold a American Flag backwards at the Olympics.
That's not to mention Rumsfield, Wolfiwitz and Cheney.

In regards to Georgia and Russia… please get all the facts, before you go blaming Russia for being in the wrong in this particular incident. Russia is no angel but they are not the ones who began this round of hostilities.

It was Georgia who attacked South Ossetia, because under NATO mandate no country involved in a land dispute is allowed to join. There was both US and Isreali forces helping to trian Georgia’s military and supplying material support to Georgia. Roughtly two weeks after the US and Isreali people left they attacked. Why, South Ossetia had been holding talks of septerating from Georgia and possibly rejoining or atleast forming a protection alliance with Russia until they could function as a nation. Once Georgia attacked Russia responded, with a suprising messure of restraint when put against the picture we are painted of the Russian Government in the west. Just remember in this incident it was Georgia who attacked and Russia was coming to the aid of relativly defenceless people. Do I agree with the meddling of big countries in the affairs of other countries not at all. but I can understand why Russia did what it did. I question the motives of the US governement to keep pushing Russia in to a corner by using NATO and the EU to gain influence in an area that is unstable at best. The missle defence system proposed by Bush is a wonderful example of trying to encourage a resoponce of some form.

How a nation that has been trying to rebuild from a legacy of brutal leadership and questionable factions with power, deserves anything less then a supportive hand to encourage the people to rise up peacefully and take control of their own future makes me wonder about the motives of those who are making these choices to encourage some from of external conflict.

It is strange that the US would not have supported South Ossetia’s move towards independence as they supported Kosovo’s separation. They were population overflow and imigrants to Serbia who had a large enough population to push for separation taking land away from Serbia. An intresting side note to make the situation a little more amusing the major religion in Kosovo, is Muslim. It makes you wonder when you look at things.

and as for gov, bush (last actually elected office he held) the world can not be happier to see this clown back on the farm, i would rather see him infront of a tribunal

It's sad that Bill Clinton got impeached for lying about a blow job and this Shrub; lies to the nation about WMD's, starts two needless wars, fails at smoking out Bin Ladin, Hurricane Katrina, tax cuts for the rich while pissing away our surplus on war, ruins the country's economy, tortures and kills thousands.

Cheney and Bush are war criminals.

    • Without a doubt he had poor ratings. I just felt bad with everything he did. Cheney was always up to no good. Now I feel proud for America and I trust my President!!!

I wonder what GW Bush is going to do next. I don't see him becoming an elder statesman or humanitarian. I could totally see him working for Blackwater or some other shady firm.
