    • FIGHT BACK, tell people to stay in their homes, do not modify or refinance out of a loan they could not afford to begin with.
Do something, help someone. The crisis is real and the damages are irreparable.
Our area has the highest zip codes hit by foreclosures because of massive mortgage fraud, predatory lending, unenforced laws and conflicts of interest.

    • I live in the AV and I have to say there are abandon houses EVERYWHERE. I mean every block has at least one. My family lost their house last year and the street where we lived is almost all foreclosed homes.
