A special court rules against parents with autistic children, saying vaccines are not to blame for the neurological disorder.
Parents have filed more than 5,000 claims since 2001 saying that the measles-mumps-rubella (MMR) vaccine and others had caused autism.
But court officials ruled that scientific evidence did not support those claims.
