That is a good idea. I think all schools should be bilingual. Not too long ago it was reported that there are ten schools in England without a single pupil who speaks English as a first language. Might as well teach them local languages as well.

I think this is pretty cool, by teaching the little blighters more colloquial/traditional languages, they're learning not only another language, but all about the history of where they live/ where they were born - and that's never a bad thing.
