Man jailed for getting drunk in plane toilets

Can you explain to me why you did not include in your summary the fact that the guy was being abusive to the flight crew after consuming an ENTIRE bottle of vodka? I guess you just didn't think the fact that he was committing assault was important to the story?

And people complain about the media...

Pretty much the only way I fall asleep on a plane is if I've had a few cheeky drinks. Even then I pretty much pass out rather than sleep.

OK...This one is a fun one...I flew southwest airline once and had a 3 hour layover in Las Vegas....Not only did I get offered drinks on the plane ride from Cleveland,OH. to Chicago,IL. but I was also offered drinks from Chicago to Las Vegas.....where...I spent 3 hours surrounded by Bars...Grills and Slot Machine areas where you can drink and smoke while you wait for your flight...Many people around me took advantage of this great offer and drank, smoke, ate and gambled during the wait...IMAGINE THAT!...Only to be kicked off the flight before they even took their seat because the attendents confirmed they were too intoxicated to fly....WAIT A MINUTE!!!!!!!!!????!!!!...YOU MEAN TO TELL ME THAT I CAN PAY YOU TO SUPPLY ME ALCHOLIC BEVERAGES...SIT IN AN AREA THAT SERVES ALCHOHOL FOR 3 HOURS AND THEN YOU CAN REMOVE ME FROM THE PLANE BEFORE I EVEN GET ON IT BECAUSE I'M TOO DRUNK?.... OR THROW ME OFF THE PLANE AND HAVE ME ARRESTED BECAUSE I GOT INTOXICATED ON YOUR PLANE????...WHAT????....Pissed off because someone didn't pay for your booze?...or just pissed cause he got a better deal for his booze someplace else?....

how long was the flight?!?! yeesh.

Were they pissed that he didnt buy their totally overpriced booze? Just like a movie theatre throwing you out for bringing in a 75 cent candy bar they want to charge you three bucks for.
