Not exactly what you may have first thought but similar all the same. Police station in Brighton wants to set up cctv in their KITCHEN!!! to spy on dirty cops who decide it's better to not clean up after themselves. Is this a misuse of equipment they have readily at hand??? And how exactly will they punish them??? I could imagine certain policemen/women watching tapes back for hours to find out who left the tap on!!!!
