Last week in Fort Bragg you made a terrible mistake that changed how many of us feel about you. When Measure B was voted in most people did not expect you to become violent terrorist as you have. We are a community and the way you attacked members of our community last week shows that you care more about your jobs than you care about our community

You pulled guns on GOOD people for NO REASON! Why?

You need to apologize for what you did to Missy and her family and resign.

Missy is a 40yo mother of 4. She owns a hair sallon in our town. She had 24 plants. The Police pulled guns on her and her elderly father. WE ARE OUT RAGED.

CPS came and told the abusive deputes to quit berating her in front of her children, When she was taken to jail she was put in a cell across from a pervert who jacked off watching her.

Sheriff Allman, You need to apologize for what you did to Missy and her family and resign.

We have posted an MP3 recording of tonight's KZYX interview at the Mendocino Medical Marijuana Advisory Board website, http://www.mmmab.net There is some serious BS coming from the Sheriffs on this and many, many other small time MedMar growers they have unconscionably taken action against. Their actions are opposite of their claimed policy.

    • My name is Melissa Desilva. I'm a single mother of four beautiful children. I have been living and working in the community for 40 years. Last year I developed a tumor and bulging dics's in my back. With recommendations from my doctor I decided to grow medical marijuana. I have followed all of the laws and regulations that Mendocino County has published. On February 20th, 2009 my home was invaded by a large group of local law inforcement. With guns drawn and bad attitudes, they terrorized my family. I was taken to Mendocino County jail and held with a $25,000 dollar bail. I have no other options but to reach out to the community for help. I'm in desperate need of financial support and signatures to keep my out of jail. I'm not a criminal and do not belong in jail for growing my own medicine. Please find it in your hearts to help me in this time of need. Any donations will help with my attorney's fees and bail.
