Election-machines are now illegal (in Germany)

The high court in Germany declares election machines to be illegal to be used in elections.

"No Voter can see if his or her vote counts - that violates the basic rules of Democracy" one of the judges abstracted the adjudgement.

He also pointed out the problem of hackers, probable hired from one of the parties, who could change the software in less than a few minutes. (highscore: 59sec)

Tech-freaks can also see what a person voted for, even from outside of the building - just by sniffing to the electromagnetic radiation every display makes.

Thats why the highest court in Germany declares that election machines are no longer welcomed - to save the Democracy.

Clue for the US?

    • Well at least one Court in the world gets it !!!!

Votes need to be human readable and countable. Recounts should be required to be done by hand .
