Caesar was Jesus and religion is science in Texas

I offer the theory in the link that the story of Jesus is actually the story of Caesar.

A man born of a virgin woman = Julius Caesar.
Died in Easter = Julius Caesar.
The men who stabbed both were named Longinus (they didn't have the "find and replace function).

Rome took over "Christianity" by turning the illiterate masses into followers of their Imperial God, Divus Julius. This made Rome a spiritual center.

Later, Henry the VIII got tired of sending a chunk of his money to Rome and created his own religion based on semi-Protestant ideas but not really. Others then followed suite.

Then you have the Middle East who knew a good gig when they saw it and said, "no thanks" to the West and created their own.

All of this had nothing to do with a "Creator". It was all about political power and the control of people.

Religion and Evolution are NOT both theories. Theories are meant to be disproved. A theory simply says, "I think something works like this ... " People test the theory to see if the results show true. Later, someone will find a better way and say, "No, I have a new theory which is better ... ." and we test and if true then use the new theory. This is the way science works.

In religion, there is god. How do we test ? Invisible ?? Speaks to political leaders around the world (Catholic, Anglican, Shiite, Sunni, Baptist, etc) and tells them to kill the others ???

Religion is not science. A Bible is not science.

Hence our desire not to have religious beliefs in science classrooms.

    • Good theory but I believe that Christians today are really following Mithras the sun god and not the Jesus of the Disciples and Jews. At the time the Jesus of Nazarath was preaching and performing miracles, historians state there were several other prophets by the name of Jesus preaching at the same time. Jesus of Nazarath told his people he came for the Jews and called gentiles dogs. After his death his followers were returning back to their traditions.
Along comes Paul who said he had a vision and joined the group and that he was told gentiles welcomed. Paul came from the same area that Mithras did. Peter disagreed with Paul. the church adapts the crook and title shepherd, 7 sacraments, title Pope, initiations into the church, concept of hell, plus many other terms and customs of Mithraism. Remember worship of Mithras has been dated back to 2500 years before the birth of Jesus of Nazareth. Couple hundred years later Constantine saw the light and turned to Christianity, a follower of Mithras. The supporters of Mithras seeing the handwriting on the wall pretend to be Christians and murder the followers of Mithras, destroy their caves and religious items and declared Christianity as the true religion. Later the church orders the Crusaders and the Inquisition as the followers of Mithras and other sects of Christianity survive and threaten them, church has them murdered. Church replaces title Sun God with title Son of God. But, Jesus of Nazareth cannot be both Son of God preaching for Jews only and Son of God let the gentiles, in goes against his teaching. therefore, we are really worshipping the true God, Mithras.

    • Hi Raven,

Thanks for adding this! It's interesting to ponder, but it's not really art & style, so I've untagged it.

      From your link - -

JESUS’ LIFE IS CONGRUENT TO THE LIFE OF CAESAR.

Both Julius Caesar and Jesus began their careers in northern countries: Caesar in Gaul, Jesus in Galilee; both cross a fatal river: the Rubicon and the Jordan; both then enter cities: Corfinium and Cafarnaum; Caesar finds Corfinium occupied by a man of Pompey and besieges him, while Jesus finds a man possessed by an impure spirit. There is similarity in structure as well as in place names: Gallia > Galilaea; Corfinium > Cafarnaum; occupied/besieged > possessed (both obsessus inLatin). The similarities remain consistent throughout (when occupation or besieging is referred to in the one text, possession is used in the other, etc.)
