Obama can lock up any citizen without trial for up to life.

The Document we live for is more powerful than Bush or Obama. It simple states that:

"We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, Insure domestic Tranquility, Provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this constitution of the United States of America"

Now in this preamble above I did not see anywhere that the President or the Congress was mentioned. The guarantees mentioned above are for "We the people", Then where in the hell does Obama get the idea that he can violate the very essence of the of our being saying he can order our arrest without trial and indefinitely. It says above; " We the People do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America" Not for Obama or Bush or any politician, but for America.

We the people in order to form a more perfect Union, establish justice insure domestic Tranquility, Provide for the common Defense, Promote promote the general welfare and secure the Blessings of Liberty to our selves and posterity. Again noithing is mentioned of a President or Congress or Political body. Everything is for; "We the People".

I know that the mass of the young public is stupid but to think he can come and just declare We the People as terrorists, is just incredible. I wonder how long the people will put up with this. Where can we find a legal body with the power to set Washington back a couple of hundred years??

    • gee ; what are the odds:... another Executive branch that feels the Judicial branch to be little more than an afterthought.Unless Obama dissolves such powers some may continue to see only an extended branch of the 'bush's criminal legacy.
