see the above link for more information on how to become a new user. a democracy, a govenrment for the people by the people of the people, is not a democracy if the public does not participate in it in anything else aside from the national elections. you can't just vote and expect change you have to get up and stand up for yourself and others voice to be heard. here is one way to do it. productive members of society mobilize!
