Trailer for the 30-minute documentary Tent City Occupation. Two years in the making, this first draft of the film follows the longest running campaign against academy schools in the UK.
Academy schools, the legacy of Tony Blair, are perceived by many as the route to full-blown privatisation of the UK state education system. Private sponsors take control of a school, the teaching curiculum and dictate the work and pay conditions of the teachers, but the tax-payer still foots the bill.
