Football stadiums "not prepared for heart attacks"

A recent survey by the European Heart Journal found that nearly 30% of the 190 arenas from 11 football associations across Europe (including England and Scotland) don't have the correct procedures or equipment to deal with heart attacks.

In one season alone, 77 cardiac arrests took place. Greek and Serbian stadiums were worst in provide equipment from prevention, while Italian and Norwegian stadiums were best. A study found that heart attacks in stadiums are not rare which is caused by emotions.

    • What do you think of the football stadiums in Africa, in particular South Africa, where they are hosting the Fifa Football World Cup.
      I think if the europeans who have had a head start on almost everyone still have these problems with their infrastructure, what chance does the rest of the world have!
      Also, who does these assessments, because they keep coming up with more issues than they do solutions, questionable if you ask me! Looks like people trying to make more money out of these idiots running football!
      Their next assessment will conclude that stadiums are ill equiped for Stampedes or some stupid shit like that.
      I think if a person is not feeling well, they would not go to watch a football game in a crowded stadium or maybe it's just me!
