Fight over sex led man to burn down home to upset girlfriend

Police say an argument over sex made a Florida man so angry that he burned his home down to upset his girlfriend.
According to reports, Ryan Burkhart, 22, quarreled with his girlfriend around 2:30 a.m. on Wednesday at their apartment in Lake Mary.
“She and her boyfriend were being intimate when an argument broke out. Initially, it was verbal. Then it turned physical,” Kim Cannady with the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office said.
Concerned neighbors heard the fight and called 911. Witnesses say they saw a naked man chasing after a woman, screaming that he would burn down the apartment.
“Really? Is this happening right now? I mean, who sets a fire in their apartment?,” a neighbor told reporters.
Burkhart was arrested four hours later after he turned himself in–and he was still naked. He faces aggravated assault and possession of drug paraphernalia charges, but authorities say the charges could be upgraded to arson.
