Fashion icon Alexander McQueen is said to have taken a combination of cocaine, sleeping pills and tranquilisers prior to his death an inquest has concluded.
The 40 year old designer was under huge pressure from work and "overwhelmed with grief" at the loss of his mother, Joyce, the court heard.
His body was found at his flat on 11 February on the eve of his mother's funeral.
