    • This not very satisfying. A man dies and all that comes out of their investigation is "gross misconduct"? What about manslaughter? I remember the PC seen in the footage to hit Mr Tomlinson stating that he doesn't even remember the incident and took a long time to realise that he was involved at all. If you look at that statement not as a feeble excuse, you come closer to the scale f investigation needed: It is not only tragic that Mr Tomlinson died, but also remarkable that not more people did. The police was out of control during the G20 and acting in total negligence towards the health and wellbeing of protesters in a democracy.

Like Tom Whipple wrote in the Times Online: "the whole barrel was rotten last week at G20 protest"

The sad fact is that you've got to have a good heart and be physically fit to even dare go on a protest. There were countless complaints after the G20, including a woman who was held in the kettle at Bank, and was not let out even though she is diabetic and needed medicine.
