Unwanted male chicks get the chop - secret footage show how millions are killed

Secret footage by Viva! (Vegetarians International Voice for Animals) shows how millions of unwanted British male chicks are killed every year.

After the female chicks have been taken away the males are immediately discarded - either thrown alive into mascerating machines, which kill instantly, or gassed.
