CCTV show lone woman saving defenceless man during mob attack
Armed with only a bag of shopping this woman bravely intervenes as a defenceless man is savagely beaten by a mob. Other onlookers simply walked on by or stood around to watch.
The thugs, who were described as behaving like "wild animals" by the judge sentencing them, repeatedly kicked and stamped on the 26-year old man's head and body.
The man attacked suffered no permanent injuries but was rushed to hospital. The mystery woman who came to his rescue has never been found.
