Answer: To get to The Chamber of Commerce.

Ever the literate historian, President Obama evoked the turbulent history of the mid-1930s in his speech February 7, 2011, as reported by Rachel Maddow, without touching FDR's confrontational speech "welcoming [the] hatred" of big business, calling them "the old enemies of peace" who now "consider the government of the United States a mere appendage to their own affairs."

Americans need President Obama to more than touch on it, or suggest that it might be true, that the plagues afflicting our nation during Roosevelt's presidency also do today, because those who encourage "business and financial monopoly, speculation, reckless banking, class antagonism, sectionalism and war profiteering" might require more than a small barnyard fowl to deliver the ultimatum, lest we as a nation never make it through this period of economic hardship to reach the other side.
