According to Charles Krauthammer, 'all hell could break loose in the Middle East after March 11th'. This statement begs the question as to how he would describe what has been going on in the Middle East and North Africa since that fateful day in Tunisia when a desperate citizen set himself on fire. Did he miss the ousting of Tunisian dictator Ben Ali? What about Ben Ali's death in Saudi Arabia? And the debate among Tunisians who felt Ben Ali did not deserve to be buried in their country? Where was Krauthammer when Tahrir Square became a common word in the American vocabulary? (and probably the entire world). Did he miss hell freezing over when Mubarak resigned from office? What about the demonstrations, and killing of civilians in Bahrain? Yemen? Jordan? The West Bank?
