Lady Gaga has won an injunction at London's High Court to stop animated Moshi character Lady Goo Goo from releasing a single on iTunes after The Moshi Dance was released on YouTube which features lyrics including "my stroller's pretty and my diapers are silk, I throw my toys out if I don't get my milk".
The game already includes characters Dustbin Beaver and Roxy.
This is already being seen as a worrying precedent by other cover and tribute artists.
