Peaceful protesters attacked by the Police in Dublin

TheInquiringOne
When #Occupy Dame Street attempted to hold a peaceful sit-down protest outside the Dáil (Irish parliament) on the6/12/2011, whereby they attempted to block the politicians from getting their cars out - the Garda siochana (Irish police force) became violent. Literally picking up and throwing protesters - with two protesters being hospitalised and seven others injured.
(Though one Dublin newspaper, Evening herald, reported the next morning that there where "no injuries", despite their reporter having been right next to the people hurt).
