Yesterday the Republican Party held a primary in Missouri, and caucuses in Minnesota and Colorado. They have one thing in common. None of them count, because no delegates are awarded. In Missouri, delegates will be awarded at caucuses to be held March 17. Colorado’s delegates will be awarded at district conventions and a state convention in April. Minnesota’s delegates will be awarded at district conventions in April and a state convention in May. Yesterday’s shows were all winner take nothing. As a result, the leading candidates have put little effort into these contests, leaving them, for the also rans, Santorum and Paul.
