• Your finished VCAM should be between 30-60 seconds in length (preferably exactly 30, 45, or 60 seconds), including the mandatory endtag.
• You must have the rights to all images and music used in your VCAM. Do not incorporate assets from other websites, including "royalty-free" sites or any other sites you may access using a Samsung product, or any recognizable 3rd-party products (e.g. personal electronics, soda, alcohol, cars, etc) or logos. Ensure those who appear in your VCAM are not wearing any apparel featuring 3rd-party logos or copyrighted designs
• While you are not required to show a real Samsung GALAXY Tab in your VCAM (animated or conceptual videos are allowed), if you do so, please make sure to use the new GALAXY Tab 10.1, and be sure not to show any third-party applications, websites, or media (Facebook, Shazam, movies, programs, etc.). Preinstalled Google applications are typically OK, including Google Maps, Gmail, Voice Search, etc., but please note any such use may be subject to discussions between Samsung and Google. • You need a signed release form for every individual appearing in your VCAM even if they are in the background and/or not recognizable. SAG and other guild actors are not eligible to appear.
• You signed release form for every individual who worked on your VCAM.
• You need a signed location release form for each privately owned location featured in your VCAM even if such location is not recognizable (e.g. interior shots in a residence) or is filmed from public property.
• You need signed Master and Sync Use licenses for any music you use from an independent composer/performer. All songs must be original compositions not sampling any copyrighted music. We recommend that you use music from our pre-cleared library with APM Music, the largest and most dynamic production music library in the world.

The main target for the GALAXY Tab 10.1 is Tech Enthusiasts. They are between 26-45, with an even split between men and women. They are more likely to live in major cities, and see technology as a status symbol. Finding new ways to incorporate devices into their active/mobile life and 24/7 lifestyle and need to stay connected, engaged, and entertained.
