"Le Plan"

In Paris, you have to pay to be heard as a musician.

Some concert halls try to change things, and stand aside bands.

Let's hear it.

    • Hi,
I was very pleased to watch that video. It deals with a very important issue: how to promote music artists in trouble times (P2P...). If their rights are not respected in the Internet and if they should pay to play I don't see how new artists will see the light in France. I hope that this documentary will have further develpments abroad so we can compare what is done to promote new music in other countries.
Don't stop the fight, we need other bands than boys bands in our favorite radio stations!!

    • Great documentry !

I truely enjoyed your work Jeremy, your project is very nicely executed.
The interviews are interactive and fluid, you have real talent pal !

let's face it the music industry is collapsing, and it's cool to see small bands getting a LIVE shot at it. Paris is the heart of European culture, many talented bands and artist still waiting to be heard.

Voila, keep up the great shots and let's hope your work gets broadcast. 7mins is nothing unless its a comercial add or a homemade wedding video.

    • Bien fait.

I don't know if the community will really have the collective patience to watch a 7 minute doc in French but I dig the piece's spirit anyway. It's a friggin shame that music and economics have to coexist like they do.

The piece had a nice natural breathability which, sadly, probably translates to "too long" on Current. And what's probably more of a shame is that even if the subject requires it and no matter how cool of a project, doing a foreign language piece always comes across as pretentious. Now you may in fact be French, but the credits and titling sort of read like a student film from a semester abroad. Malheureusement, c'est la vie.

But screw all that stuff, I liked it and think having a Pod like this would add a nice texture to the Current lineup. Nice work.
