Great piece. Whenever there's traffic on the BQE, I always take the local roads below and it was always disheartening to see the effects of industry. I haven't noticed the positive transition yet, since I haven't been by that area for a while, but perhaps one day, it'll be a complete transformation just like Williamsburg.
