    • hey - just wanted to send a message that you shouldnt be so hostile about the whole miami ad school thing. obviously there are some ads by mas students that are great and some that suck, but dont think that friends greenlighting friends is really going to make that big a difference. personally, im straight up w/ my peers, and i hope they do the same for me. but in the end, a brand is only going to choose a piece to air if it's good, not if it has a million greenlights but sucks. just do your thing, make what you think is quality, and if it really is, hopefully you'll reap the benefits. constructive criticism is fine, but no need to slam the school. some of these commercials are from 1st quarter people who've never even written a commercial script, let alone shot one. thats just my 2 cents.

    • Damn- thank you for being so generous with your feedback. I was confused because I compressed it exactly like I was told. Good to know it still works for you. But it's much better when you watch it big.

    • the font is fine. If your relaying a conversation. I would say a simple serified font. You want the conversation to show through so the font should be as simple (quiet) as possiable. Which is EXACTLY what you have. That being said. It's the compression from the videoegg thinggy that is messing with your video. The text is a little hard to read. To alleviate that I would probably trying making the font larger than you normally would but not bolder. Bold is just going to add weight and it works better like you have it. I think you can even cut off the quote marks. But I wouldn't hassel with these changes because a) your not getting much bang for your buck and b) if this was on TV etc. it won't be compressed thus the problem does not exsist. Just my thoughts.
