The detective in this piece manages to encapsulate the characteristics of three great American icons: Humphrey Bogart, Dick Tracy and John Stamos, and he managed to do it with his own buttery style that even Orval Redenbacher would have been proud of.

I think I recognize the detective from an early 90's, independent film called On the Run. It was a real laugh riot from director Chris Veen of the Wet n Wild Waterford Group. And this guy is no Judd Nelson, he's more like K-Fed meets Razor Ramon!!
