    • No doubt you have the skills and equipment to create this flawless VCAM. I definitely learned from your use of the productions values, and would love your critique on my pod . GL from me!

    • I hope Toyota picks this spec commercial up. This is a whole lot better than their current and previous advertising.

    • Hey Matt, thanks for your comment. Points well taken. But keep in mind that I shot all the spots you see on this site in less than an hour, with no crew, lights or sound equipment! Needless to say, your VCAM and what I saw on your site all look very nice and slick. Good work. Fight on!

    • A good ending which is always important to leave the audience w/ to remember later... Should be at the halftime of the Superbowl coming up.

    • Thanks all for the feedback thus far. To answer some of the questions asked:

We shot Hi-Def on the HVX-200 at 720p24. Using a P&S Technik adapter, we're able to use 35mm film lenses allowing for a greater depth of field that mimics the look of film. Our set of primes had a range from 16mm up to 100mm, if I remember correctly. As far as lights go, we used natural sunlight as our primary source and used various methods of reflection to carry the light to our subjects. Lastly, in regards to the rich color - that is one part the work of the DP who gave me a very even, however detailed image and then taking those images into color timing where we pulled up the saturation slightly and warmed up the picture to give it that "magic hour" look. Hope that helps - feel free to hit me up whenever via Current TV or my website: www.mattparkeronline.com

Thanks for checking out the spot.
