    • It's heart warming that you're able to share such a personal piece with the rest of the world. We pray that your mom makes a full recovery. She must get great comfort knowing she has wonderful daughte like yourself.

    • This video was very impressive. The emotional story telling was powerful, and I like how this really was an independent endeavor; the self reflection ended up being really empowering. I also liked how we saw a lot of depth to this issue: it wasn't just about how it was hard when your mother was diagnosed, but it was about having to deal with the usual mother-daughter conflicts that exist amongst it all, and in the end seeing the strength that endured in a single mother as she's battling cancer. I especially liked the organization of the story, how we hear everything told by you and then, all of a sudden, we see/hear your mother and get to observe how sweet and chipper she is afterall; we're allowed as the viewer to experience that very strength for just a few seconds. Even the photography was impressive! Very effective film making, great job.

    • Thanks for sharing your story. I, too, went through the turmoil of discovering my mother had cancer back in July. Nothing else quite knocks the wind out of you. Your mom has such an aura of optimism, which is evident in her lovely smile. That's really what did it for me in this piece. I have faith that she will successfuly battle this thing. My mom was fortunate to be declared cancer-free after two operations. I wish you the best. Feel free to check out my pods if you get a chance. One is a portrait of my sister, another of my great aunt.

    • There's a trend lately of thinking I GL'd pods and learning that I didn't. :) Anyway, better late than never! I like the personal tone and storytelling, and the pacing is nice. The photographs featured are all really good too. Well done. GL!
My pod has finally cracked the top 10. I would greatly appreciate feedback.

    • Thank you for sharing... I Greenlit this. We all go through these moments by our own personal issues ... The video was a moving anecdote. Greenlight, hisStory. Please, take just a moment to return your review on my own CAN ART video. I would personally love your consent for TV. It's not as moving, but I hope it encourages movement.

    • Well made pod, but it didn't take me anywhere. At the end of it all i know that i didn't before was that your mom was diagnosed with cancer, and you're not that fond of your father. I think the emotional journey needs to be explored a bit more.
