-What can City Hall do to stop this person from taking over our airspace with these harmful humming noise?
Important Note: I posted this video because I want the population to take control of our City airspace and not let it on the hands of an organization that does not care about our health or well-being. FAA should be limited to control and see if these aircraft are following safe routes that does not interfere with City Life or Living. Real events of daily acoustic abuse and free will from many pilots and traffic controllers have been proved that they do not have enough responsibility to understand acoustic issues that negatively affects the neighborhoods population quality of life. The irresponsibility goes both ways! From them that violate our acoustic rights and from us that do not make the effort to take control of the airspace that belongs to us.

Looks like any lack of participation or action on this issue is just giving these people the ok to continuing to acoustically harass us. Once a violator it is on the lose he/she sure will repeat the violation if no one act to stop it. This it is something that you can really act to pressure FAA and SF City Hall to draft some policies to take control of our City Airspace.

You still can see it on This YouTube alternate address. Not as good as Current as the Tube does not give you much option to pick the front icon display.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kCxnxRAnjQkPs:
I had sent the link from Current Yesterday to our City Officials for a debate and now I will have to send an apology note as probably they hit against a "No found Page."The truth is that we need to initiate a debate and draft policies to give the population ways to defend themselves against these type of air attacks. Anyone can just rent an aircraft and start to go around or even aim at any target in the City without being caught on time. The questions here are:
1. Who is in charge?
2. Who do you call to report these types of incidents?
3. How can you ticket an aircraft violator? These are really home land security issues that needs to be addressed because some Pilots have very little responsibility towards this direction. The violations are too often and too many!
