    • OK this is a little cheesy, BUT I will say that the theory of "cowboy solution" is true. You can't make 1200 pounds of muscle do anything they don't want to...same with people. You have to earn trust and and let horses/people figure out the path of least resistance on their own. You are a leader and a guide that praises them when they are right so that it is more desirable to right than to do wrong. It takes patients and consistency. Inconsistent training is cruel, same with bending the rules. You think you're being nice by letting something slide but it confuses the message. It takes strong boundaries and high rewards.

      Thanks for the positive feedback. That's what inspired me to make a little film about The Cowboy Solution...it is simple..but it is the first educational program that I ever experienced that actually helped me improve my relationships with co-workers and even my son....

      At the heart of the whole thing is this amazing man who really cares about our future.....
