Great report for an organization that does great work. Folks in the US need to be more aware of this problem since it doesn't directly effect us, but maims, injures, kills so many innocent people around the globe. The US needs to join the 1997 Mine Ban Treaty... one of 39 countries left to hold out!

It's crazy that land mines aren't banned worldwide. The US should take the lead on this issue, rather than dragging its feet.
