    • The Otesha Project's (www.otesha.ca) work is effective and simple at once. They teach students - with lectures and plays - simple and easy ways to make their impact on the environment just a little less. Through the work of dedicated volunteers and a few full-time devotees, they reach thousands of kids across Canada, who will hopefully carry these lessons with them through their adult lives as well. It is encouraging for an old bird like myself to see so many young people willing to put their energies into such worthwhile work.
      This short film is also another example of the good documentary work that 18rabbits (www.18rabbits.org)
      is doing.
