Robert Andrew Lookingbill was sentenced to death for the Murder of his Grandmother over Drug money. Mr Lookingbill was executed January 22 2003, For that murder.Michelle Lyons spoke person for the Texas State Prison System has witnessed many Executions and knows all to well the lives of the Men and Women setting on Texas Death row. Michelle also reports on the Texas State Prison Systems rehabilitation program that as she puts it is working well to rehabilitate men and women and make sure they have good paying jobs when they are returned to society as well as a bright future .
