    • Tip: For those of you who like the geniune Pilsner lager that originated
      from Pilsen 1,000 years ago..., and know the good way you can make it
      is to use the bottom fermenting, laboratory packet ,yeast type recommended
      and ferment it in a frig at 35 degrees for 3 months after you've added
      the aromatic hops when the wert cools to 115 degrees...Do yourself a
      favor and modify the recipe a bit. Add partialy caramelized brown barley
      malt powder to the hopped gold malt syrup. This will balance the taste.
      I did that in the early 1990s, and wished I'd made 50 galons of it instead of
      5 gallons. Impossible to get too much of a good thing.
