Erin Altz is a Garden Educator at Trillium Charter School. She teaches her students the importance of gardening in an effort to reduce the carbon
footprint created by heavy transport while empowering kids to grow their own food. Even though an urban environment might be lacking in space
to grow this food she hasn't let that stop her.
Jarratt is assistant editor for Visual Aid, a production house in Portland, OR. In 2011 he will finish his Certificate in Film at the Northwest Film Center School of Film. His final project is a short documentary on an etiquette and manners class for inner city youth.
