Hi. I'm Kevin, I come from Guernsey and study film making at The University Of Central Lancashire. I'm into all sorts of film and media and love to see and experience new stuff.

I come from a technical background. My first job was with Channel Television doing camera/editing/live sound/ live vision mixing & live camera. Then I moved to BBC Guersney to be a Trainee Broadcast Engineer. Whilst I was there I worked on moving sites to a new studio and the Island Games 2003, both of which were massive project but ultimately rewarding. After a while I found that it wasn't for me and left having learnt alot about broadcasting technology and the media as a whole. I started doing a little freelance work the moved to full time with a local production company. Working mostly on small business meetings, doing projection, sound, powerpoint, lighting and set building, as well as working on visual media productions and larger, international events.

I've come to university to explore my creative side and to expand my horizons. collapse »
