Ladder Production was founded in 2003 under the intentions of building a multimedia project that was street based (utilizing public space as it should be) and focusing on real life content while utilizing different mediums to help the public create dialogue. A dialogue that inevitable helps build consensus on issues that face people on an everyday basis. Ladder Production quickly became a program in which the production company itself began to expand as a company/label that offered training in multimedia production, rights on the use of public space, and our rights when stopped by the police. As a result, Ladder Production is a fairly large operation in the Bay Area in which Ladder participants support each other as a community whether it is on projects, or on everyday life issues. In recent Months Ladder Production has been working on several documentaries and albums, has completed some pretty high profile music videos with Sean Paul, Berner, San Quinn, Snoop Dogg, Haji Springer,Kev Kelly, Kuzzo Fly and more.
Ladder Production has also produced in recent months "Mandatory Business" with JT The Bigga Figga and Snoop Dogg, "Smoke Fest 2007" (Snoop Dogg), "Cooked Up Dope" (Snoop Dogg)"Haji Springer DVD" (Haji Springer) and "Make it Rain" (The Movie)( DAZ )
