Don't Look Now. Dolce Vita. Shampoo. Harold and Maude. Pat Garrett and Billy The Kid, A Star is Born, Au Bout de Souffle or anything with Jean Paul Belmondo, really. This list is literally biblical in proportion so let's just stop here.

- Scorsese (particularly taxi driver, meanstreets, goodfellas), some Bergman when it doesn't make me feel pretentious or bored to death or both, John Hughes (obviously), Mike Nichols, Hal Ashby, blah blah blah

- How The Earth Began on the History Channel, The Universe on The History Channel, Nova, Solid Gold, Shark Week on Discovery, Jem and the Holograms, Shira, Princess of Power

- Aside from the obvious classics (Zeppelin, The Who, Simple Minds, Brian Ferry/Roxy Music, The The, Stone Roses, Echo & The BMen, P Furs, etc.), these days I've really been into Sea Wolf, The Blow, Pinback, The Teenagers, Vampire Weekend, The Aggrolites, The Knife, Rogue Wave, and two classic masterpiece albums: Now and Zen by Robert Plant, and The Lion and the Cobra by Sinead O'Connor.
