If this was possible they would have made it a long time ago. Then they could make more money off of addicts too. The only way to stop it , is for the Govt. to stop letting them bring it here. They could really if they wanted to. But, then who would they fill the jails with. Where would they get the people for the jails and all those cops and sheriffs would be out of jobs, Courts systems are big business. The biggest, they are!!!
